14-Day Returns
You have 14 days to return sold items from delivery date. Shipping cost will be added when initiating return request through your account returns page or by calling (+201201900500) or emailing [email protected].
30-Day Free Returns
If item is defective, not working properly, doesn't match description, fake, or damaged during transport, you have the right to return it within 30 days of receipt for free. Refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Note: It is preferable to keep original invoice and packaging to facilitate return request.
Return Conditions
Ensure all accessories and tags are attached and in original packaging. For 14-day replacement, product must be factory sealed. Bundle items and gifts must also be returned.
If you set a password on the device, please remove it before submitting the request, otherwise the request may not be completed properly.
Non-returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including:
- • Damaged products (except transport damage)
- • Products not in their original packaging
- • Products missing accessories
- • Opened (unsealed) products from designated categories
